At Polly Products, we take pride in delivering premium, American-made outdoor furnishings directly to you. Because our products are built to order, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the product, quantity, finish, and order size.

Shipping Times:
Most orders ship within our standard production timeframe shown on the individual product page. Larger orders, custom configurations, and commercial projects may require additional production time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery:
Products are carefully packaged and shipped to help ensure they arrive safely. Depending on the size and quantity of your order, delivery may be made by ground carrier, freight carrier, or another appropriate delivery service.

Freight & Large Orders:
Some larger products and bulk orders may ship via freight. Freight deliveries may require additional coordination, including scheduling a delivery appointment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the delivery location can safely accommodate the shipment.
