Warranty Addition for Polly Products Recycling Receptacle Caster Add-On
At Polly Products, we’re thrilled to roll out our new caster option for our interior recycling system receptacles—because who doesn’t love a bin that can boogie for limited travel & mobility for cleaning? However, please note that while our standard 20-year warranty keeps your recycling receptacles rock-solid, the caster add-on dances to a different tune. The casters come with their own one-year warranty from our friends that manufacture them close by in St. Joseph, MI. They are covering defects in material and workmanship, but only if you don’t treat them like a stunt double in an action flick.
What’s Covered?
- Defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase.
- If a caster goes wonky (technical term), and you get our approval to return it, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge (excluding freight and installation).
What’s NOT Covered?
- Misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation. For example, riding your receptacle in the Superman position across the break room while shouting “Up, up, and away!” is not covered. Nor is using it as a makeshift skateboard for your office’s “Extreme Recycling Derby.” Also, any entries into the Red Bull Soapbox Race will not be covered, but we’ll work with you on some marketing content if you enter the race with any of our products, and we’ll provide you with more race-suitable casters.
- Any incidental, consequential, or special damages—like the embarrassment of explaining to your boss why the break room now has tire marks. This warranty is exclusive, with no implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, unless your particular purpose is “stationary recycling” (in which case, why’d you get the caster option?)
